Pastor Diane Lazare, affectionately known as Pastor Di, is the Co-Senior Pastor and Co-founder of Light of Life Worship Center, Inc (LOL). LOL is a nondenominational Family Centered Ministry located in the beautiful city of Margate, Florida. Her anointed ministry of integrity, character and reliance on the Word of God has brought healing and restoration to her community and beyond.
Pastor Diane is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Florida A&M University. From there, she matriculated through the Florida State University’s School of Social Work where she obtained an Advanced Master’s Graduate Degree. Additionally, she obtained a Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership from Nova Southeastern University. In conjunction to her secular educational accomplishments, Pastor Diane attended C.H. Mason Bible College, where she became an avid student of God’s Word. She is currently enrolled in Andersonville Theological Seminary where she is obtaining a Doctorate in Ministry Degree through distance learning. She is always in search of knowledge and understanding of any subject matter that she encounters.
Pastor Diane has been happily married to Pastor Clark for over twenty-one years. Together they have two beautiful sons and one precious God-daughter. With over eighteen years of ministry experience, she has encountered numerous ministerial activities such as teaching, conducting seminars and workshops, hosting conferences, and providing leadership training. As the current Dean of Ministerial Education, Pastor Diane has designed and implemented a Ministerial Training Program for novice ministers. She is also the Founder and President of the Beacon Training Institute which strives to train ministers, ministry workers, and laypersons in fulfilling their call to serve God with their gifts and talents. Pastor Diane is the Founder and President of the Stars Foundation, which addresses social, physiological, and educational needs for those that are less fortunate. She is the Founder of Lifeline for Women, a group counseling session devoted specifically to the needs and personal concerns of women.
Pastor Diane has a special gifting in the area of Administration, which has blessed many ministries and non-profit organizations, including her home ministry. She is a serious-minded warrior for God and regarded by many as a minister’s minister. She is well noted for providing sound and wise counsel to both secular and ministry leaders in various capacities. She is considered by her peers to be a woman of God that is 'beyond her years'.
Pastor Diane has accomplished many personal and spiritual milestones. She has received various awards and plaques for her unwavering service, such as being the humble recipient of the Woman of Wisdom Award given by Woman 2 Woman Organization. Prior to accepting the Pastoral call, she served in many ministry capacities such as Women’s Ministry Director, Business Adjutant, Liturgical Dance Team Member, Ministerial Staff Member, Women’s Conference Co-Coordinator, Board Advisor for World Youth Ministries and a ministry teacher. Pastor Diane has been keenly focused on the instrumental development and strategic propagation of God’s kingdom agenda on the Earth.
